EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 11-2010
AN ORDER CREATING THE BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNANCE TRANSITION TEAM
WHEREAS, the Department of the Interior and Local Government mandates the creation of Barangay Transition Team as provided in the Memorandum Circular No. 2010-127;
WHEREAS, in the furtherance of transparent and accountable Barangay local governance, it is of much need to conduct an inventory of all Barangay properties, finances and documents to effect a smooth administrative turn-over to the incoming Barangay official on the noon of November 30, 2010;
Now, therefore, I CHRISTIAN D. NATIVIDAD, by the virtue of the power vested in me as the local Chief Executive of the City Government of Malolos, do hereby order the creation and implementation of the fallowing;
Section 1. Composition of Barangay Transition Team

Section 2. Duties and Function
- Conduct/Update the inventory of all properties, finances and documents of the barangay;
- Make sure that all financial records and transactions are intact and shall ensure that all officials in actual possession of or entrusted with the custody or control of supplies or property are held accountable for such;
- See to it all documents, including but not limited to legislative records, administrative records and supplies, transcript of Lupon meetings and cases, Registry of Barangay Inhabitants (RBI) and List Members of Barangay assembly are complete and updated;
- Ensure that all records of the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), including minutes of its meeting and all properties and funds not otherwise deposited with the City and Barangay Treasurer are ready for the turn-over to the next set of SK official.
This Executive Order shall take immediately upon signing.
